I am not a professional, nor do I claim to be one. Please keep this in mind!
Payment will be accepted in USD via Paypal
Putting commissions or artwork in AI generators, AI training, NFTs is PROHIBITED.
Clients may NOT use commissioned artwork or animation commercially without permission. Commercial usage will have additional fees agreed upon by both VxiiaGlob and the client. (See 'commission Usage' for more details.)
Clients or anyone may NOT CLAIM the commissioned artwork or animation as theirs and claim to have made it. You must credit VxiiaGlob as the artist.
- When commissioned artwork is used as a profile picture on a PERSONAL platform, please credit VxiiaGlob as the artist.- When commissioned artwork is used as a profile picture on a platform where there is FINANCIAL gain (e.g. An instagram account selling goods and/or services, online shops, etc.), CREDIT IS A MUST! This is not considered commercial usage as long as it is ONLY used as a profile picture AND NOTHING ELSE. (Using artwork to advertise, claiming it as your mascot/brand, etc. are considered commercial use!)
Watermarks may not be removed when you share the commissioned artwork or animation online, unless it is for commercial use; In which VxiiaGlob would still need to be credited as the artist!
If the client has a specific vision in mind for the commissioned artwork, the client has the opportunity to share this to VxiiaGlob before the Sketching Stage. Take advantage of this!
After the Sketching Stage is over, client CANNOT request MAJOR revisions. (Determining whether or not a revision is a major revision is completely up to VxiiaGlob.) Going through with major changes will result in additional fees.
Clients will receive a PNG or JPEG file of their commissioned artwork. (Unless the commissioned artwork is animated, in which clients will instead be sent a MP4 and/or GIF file.)
VxiiaGlob has the right to post commissioned artwork or animations on social media unless explicitly asked not to.
Commission Usage
1. Personal Usage
- For your own use
- This includes using it for your personal use, repost with credit, using it as a profile pciture, twitter/discord banners.
- Price is as stated by VxiiaGlob or on Ko-fI.2. Content Asset/Promotional
- This includes, but not limited to, Twitch stream emotes, Twitch overlays, Youtube thumbnails, etc.
Price will have additional fees agreed upon by VxiiaGlob and client. This has a general grounds of around 1.25x the original price.3. Redistribution
- To be used to selling IN ANY FORM
- This includes, but not limited to, merchandise, keychains, stickers, and more.
-Price WILL have additional fees agreed upon by both VxiiaGlob and the client. Usually this will include an up in price, as well as a percentage of sales from the commissioned artwork.All pricings stated by VxiiaGlob in either DMs or Ko-fi are intended for Personal Usage! So if you intend for Commission Usages 2-3, please notify me before I begin your order!
Refund Policy
1. I will only issue a refund for the following:
-I no longer wish to work on commission for ANY reason
-I can't finish the commission for schedule issues or health reasons.
I can't finish the commission in time. (Note: I reserve the right to refund the amount for ONLY the unfinished work!)2. Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:
- Refund asked after successful Sketching Stage. (A.K.A. Client has received the sketch/sketches.)
-Client needs money urgently after I have begun working; I am not responsible for YOUR spending.I reserve the right to reject any requests that are out of my expertise/current skill level, or anything I find uncomfortable to draw.

Commission Information
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. This is located in my carrd.
Payment will always be upfront before I begin working on your request!
For commissions $100 and above, we can discuss an installment plan. Usually it is a 50% upfront and the rest later.

Animated commissions!
All of my YCHs animations will be posted on my Ko-fi (those with set prices anyways)If you do not have Ko-fi and are unwilling to set up an account, I am open to commission work through Dms and email. However, Ko-fi slots have the right away because the financial transfer is automatic.So if I do not respond/see your DM or email before someone else takes the slot on Ko-fi, I cannot work with you. Sorry!

Beware, I am a student and may not always be available during the weekdays. Please be patient with me!
I would be (sometimes) willing to work for robux equivalent to the amount originally price via roblox gift card(s) or through PLS DONATE on roblox. (Just ask first please)
The turnaround time for art commissions are about a few days to 2 weeks depending on BOTH me and the client.
The turnaround time for animated commissions are 1-3 weeks.
If my commission status is closed, feel free to DM me to be put on a waitlist for either art or animated commissions.
I will likely move DMs to email because it is easier for me to stay organized!
